MSD

Merck provides new medical and veterinary manuals to recipients across Africa. They also provide a generous grant to provide tablets with their medical manuals to health care providers and students on the continent.

The Sir Emeka Offor Foundation (SEOF)

The Sir Emeka Offor Foundation (SEOF) is the philanthropic branch of the Chrome Group, a group of organizations involved in the Nigerian oil industry. The Foundation is a Nigerian non-governmental organization with the mission to help raise Nigerians from poverty. SEOF largely focuses on providing quality education and educational materials to Nigerian students of all ages. The Sir Emeka Offor foundation will send one million books to Africa by the end of 2013.

Established in 2000, AGParts Worldwide is an industry leader in providing parts for Chromebook, laptop, notebook, and tablet devices across all industries. They donate Chromebooks to Books For Africa for shipment to African beneficiaries.

Better World Books has helped us ship 5.3 million books to Africa. This *triple-bottom-line online bookstore donates one book to someone in need for each book purchased, book for book, using revenue to fund literacy organizations including Books For Africa. Scholastic is the world’s largest publisher and distributor of children’s books, with operations in more than 135 countries. They provide Books for Africa with the ability to fulfill orders by title, allowing recipients to customize the collections that they receive.
